I am named Malashree Suvedi. I am a conceptual, figurative, and abstract artist and writer who works with textile, paint, verse, and prose. I think of myself as an expressive artist, who wants to question gendered and simplistic notions related to intuitition. I usually prefer to interconnect my work to and with each other, rather than work with one theme or topic at a time. Currently, I am writing a novel. I am also working on a project related to death: wanting to die, and wanting to kill; how humorous and tumultous both of those things can be. I believe in progress, and am very happy to be rigid about a lot of my principles. I hate cowards. I often work with an alter ego. I was born in Kathmandu, and am currently based in Vienna.
